What is your exchange and return policy?

At Slashop, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every product purchased. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to assist you with the return process.

To make your holiday shopping easier, we're extending our return window. Orders placed between November 4th, 2024 and December 24th, 2024 may be returned in their original, unused condition as late as January 24st, 2024. Orders placed after December 24th, 2024 will follow our normal return timeframe of 30 days of delivery.

If you wish to return your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

If the return is not due to a quality issue, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. Please note that we only accept returns for unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, please submit the return form. A returns guideline will be emailed to you. Please send the returned items using your preferred carrier within 14 days of creating your return authorisation.

When will I receive a refund?

  • Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be notified when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information indicates delivery for the refund process to be completed.
  • Please note that refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial institutions.
